They needed to improve organization, collaboration, and security across more than 120 users and dispersed branches. They were managing with a local mail server and a file server.
They noticed that a large part of the employees were not using the tools they had available at that time, they wanted to unify service providers and solve spam problems in email.
On the other hand, it was necessary to centralize and receive assistance for data configuration and organization. A model database and a framework were required. Initially, they did not present high consumption but the project expanded as the different stages progressed.

Enfoque
The implementation took approximately 2 months and was quite simple thanks to the help of the Meriti technical team since they were already using some of Google’s Cloud solutions, such as Google Drive and Google Meet.
Meriti later supported the development of Cloud Foundation on the Google Cloud platform.
The implementation was very significant for optimizing data management, improving operational efficiency and continuing to enhance La Cardeuse’s innovation. Advanced analytics tools helped understand valuable information about customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.

Employees adapted very well to Google Workspace and even provide us with new possibilities to implement, for example, Google Sites to have centralized internal information, or the relationship between spreadsheets with real-time updated data.
Communication, Collaboration, and Administration Console trainings accompanied end users and pioneers for growth within the platform.
Our goal now is to continue aiming for the unification of information with simple and real-time visibility. We are working with Looker Studio and our ERP system ODOO to create a dashboard that automatically displays a price list, invoices, orders from different branches, delivery dates, etc. We seek to continue tidying up upload files and daily work plans.
