Involvement
- Centralized email migration
- Calendar for organized meetings
- Shared links instead of sending files
- Setting up your own intranets
The Brief
In a scenario of greater digitalization of its tasks, Fast Track needed a more collaborative, secure and intuitive environment for the company’s communication, something that its previous provider could not offer and stood in the way of the organization’s growth. Another challenge they faced was improving email organization and optimizing the scheduling of executives and general staff, as well as simplifying the process for booking meeting rooms. “The reality was that we lacked organization between departments, didn’t have a shared agenda, and had no system for assigning meeting rooms. These basic organizational shortcomings led to complications and inefficiencies” says Eduardo Dimeglio, Fast Track IT Manager. Similarly, the company required reliable protection for emails and files beyond standard work devices, as well as efficient organization of documentation exchanged with clients. In this context, Fast Track began to look for necessary solutions for institutional communication around emails, calendars and account management.

Our Approach
The implementation of Google Workspace in the Fast Track environment began in December 2021 and, in just 3 months, they had already migrated 70% of their production environment. To do this, they had our permanent support throughout the entire process, helping them to carry out the centralized migration of all users’ emails in a simple and efficient way.
In this process of continuous improvement, Meriti’s support will continue to be key for solving daily problems or needs, adding new licenses to the console and providing constant guidance to optimize the adoption of the tools.
Fast and secure
The easy, fast and secure migration of data to the cloud implied a reduction in licensing costs and also in the updating of physical equipment, since now they only need Internet access to carry out effective communication throughout the company.
Big transformation
“We’ve seen a big transformation at Fast Track with the implementation of Gmail and console security. Today they apply two-step verification and have greatly improved the adoption of Google Drive, which allows them to share files instead of sending them as attached.”— Miguel Henning Mata, CTO, Meriti
From landline to mobile
Prior to the migration, all collaborators used a fixed device and now they can connect from any device without running the risk of data loss and without complicated licensing.
Culture to learn
“One of the initial benefits was the improved organization. Thanks to the Calendar, the questions about when we can meet ended. It was a cultural issue that we had to learn,” commented Eduardo Dimeglio.
The Results
Thanks to the results obtained from the adoption of Google Workspace, today Fast Track plans to expand its use to other tools and services of the platform, as well as Google Cloud technologies, such as Looker Studio and AppSheet.
The company has high expectations for AppSheet as a fluid communication link between the company and its collaborators. In addition to centralizing information that currently circulates through different channels, an integration of this caliber will be able to motivate collaborators to give their feedback, leaving behind the one-way imprint of intranets and making the leap to a two-way model.
Fast Track’s mission to continue innovating permanently, supported by the agility provided by the implementation of Google Workspace solutions, has led them to focus on new business strategies that allow them to incorporate each tool in the collaboration and productivity suite. to improve your daily work.
In this process of continuous improvement, Meriti’s support will continue to be key for solving daily problems or needs, adding new licenses to the console and providing constant guidance to optimize the adoption of the tools.
