Summary
Before Google Workspace, we used several tools that, while functional, didn’t integrate effectively for our users.
We identified the need for a solution that would allow us to unify our work tools into a single platform, accessible from anywhere and on any device. We sought to improve operational efficiency, foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all our collaborators had access to the information they needed in real time.
During the evaluation of potential solutions, we considered other platforms, but Google Workspace stood out for its robustness, ease use, and seamless integration of all its applications. Additionally, Google Workspace’s ability to scale with our projected growth was a determining factor in our decision. Throughout this process, MERITI, our Google Workspace broker, was instrumental, providing expert guidance and helping us understand how this tool could transform our way of working.

Approach
Our employees adaptation was very successful because Google Workspace is very intuitive, and when questions arise, we know we can turn to Meriti staff and all the available documentation on the platform.
Today, Google Chats and Google Meet, with the included hardware, are primarily used to support remote communication, and Google Sheets is used for real-time collaborative work.
